Who we are
Government Gateway is provided by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to government departments to allow users to securely sign in to their online services. HMRC will be referred to as ‘we’ from now on.
Using Government Gateway
You agree to use Government Gateway only for lawful purposes. You must also use it in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else.
We can change or remove content in the service at any time without notice.
Your data
We collect data about you to improve the service we provide. Read the privacy notice and cookie policy for more information about how we protect and respect the data we collect from you. By using Government Gateway you are agreeing to these policies and confirm that any data you provide is accurate.
We do not share your data with other organisations for commercial purposes.
You must not use automation tools to enter data into or navigate Government Gateway.

The content on this service is covered by Crown copyright or third party copyright.
The names, images and logos identifying HMRC are proprietary marks of HMRC. You must not copy our logos or any other third party logos accessed through this service without approval from the relevant copyright owner.

You should access Government Gateway through government department websites. If you use bookmarks you will still need to log in and you may not be taken to the page you have bookmarked.
